Hayley Raso, Clare Hunt and Charlotte Grant have been named in Australia’s national team squad for upcoming friendlies in November and December.
Interim Head Coach Tom Sermani announced a 36-player squad on Friday (15 November) as the Matildas embark on two double-headers against Brazil and Chinese Taipei.
The first of those games comes on Thursday 28 November (10am UK) as they face Brazil at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Australia, followed by a second clash on Sunday 1 December at Cbus Super Stadium (8.35am UK) in Gold Coast.
Sermani’s side will then face Chinese Taipei in a double-header over three days, the first clash on Wednesday 4 December (9am UK) in Melbourne before their final fixture of the year on Saturday 7 December (8.30 UK) at GMHBA Stadium.
This international break will be seen as preparations ahead of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup in March, 2026, which will be hosted on home soil.
Hayley missed the last international break due to an injury but returns to the squad, while Clare, who netted her first-ever senior international goal last month, heads into the break with 26 caps and ‘Charli’ has 27 caps for her country.
