Morocco’s U20 team pulled off a historic achievement by winning the U20 World Cup 2025 for the first time ever, after a deserved 2-0 victory against Argentina in the final played in Santiago.

Star striker Yassir Zabiri led coach Mohamed Wahbi’s squad to glory, netting both decisive goals. The “Atlas Lions” thus become just the second African side to claim the U20 title, following Ghana’s 2009 triumph over Brazil in the final.
