Unseen hero rescues late point for Dundee

Cameron Congreve hauled Dundee level in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time with a low left-footed strike from outside the box, as Dundee and Hibernian drew 3-3.

Early on he set the tone with sharp deliveries from the left, creating a headed chance from a corner and later threading a pass that forced a save. His willingness to receive on the half-turn kept Hibs' right side busy.

After the restart he kept driving at gaps, pulling defenders around and finding room to shoot from range. The persistence paid off when he stepped onto a loose ball and drilled in the equaliser from distance.

He finished with two chances created, nine crosses and five successful dribbles, the numbers backing up how his ball-carrying and service stretched the Hibees in wide areas.

Dundee host Motherwell next in the Scottish Premiership. Hibs are at home to Livingston.
