Valencia will open LaLiga with back-to-back home games in Mestalla’s final season, and have announced higher ticket prices.

According to Superdeporte, seats for Real Betis and RC Celta are priced from €40 to €114, with Socios VCF and season-ticket holders receiving a 10% discount.

For February 2024’s Copa del Rey last 16 against Celta, tickets ranged from €25 to €75. For the 2023-24 LaLiga meeting with Betis in matchweek 32, prices were €25 to €90.

That means the minimum price across the past three years has risen from €25 to €40, up 60%. The maximum has climbed from €75 to €114 compared with that Copa tie, a 52% rise. Using the Betis league game as reference, the top price has gone from €90 to €114, up 26.7%.

Club posts have flagged dynamic pricing and urged fans to buy at the best price. The club has not explained how the system will work or how it might affect prices. The most recent example is the 2026 World Cup, which used variable pricing for some tickets, with costs changing by demand and timing.
