Valencia set key dates for Nou Mestalla move and seat selection | OneFootball

Work on the Nou Mestalla is on schedule and Valencia are preparing the fan move. This will be the team’s final season at Mestalla, giving members the chance to regroup and upgrade seats.

According to Superdeporte, the club released on Tuesday the full schedule and steps. Online group creation runs from 14 October to 30 October 2026 so families, friends and supporters’ club members can organise to sit together.

Seat selection will take place from 17 November 2026 until the end of May 2027, with appointments at the Sala 1923 at the Camp de Mestalla to choose locations in the new ground.

Season-ticket renewal formalisation is scheduled for June and July 2027.

The Nou Mestalla will use cardinal orientation, west to the Dama Ibérica on Av. de les Corts Valencianes, east to Benicalap on C. Nicasio Benlloch, north to the Palau de Congresos on C. Bernardo Españeta, south to Nuevo Centro on C. Amics del Corpus.

The bowl is symmetrical by vertical levels. Lower Tier covers sectors 100-141 at pitchside, Middle 200-258, Premium Hospitality is three rows between middle and upper, Upper 300-352 on the lower third level, Superior 400-452 on the upper third level under the roof.

Sectors 116 to 119 will form a unified north lower stand area designed to boost atmosphere, with a capacity of exactly 2,235. Its operation is coordinated with LALIGA and will require specific, mandatory access rules.
