Valencia Women seek first win as Real Sociedad visit Puchades | OneFootball

Valencia Women host Real Sociedad at the Estadi Antonio Puchades on Sunday, seeking their first win of the Liga F Moeve 2026-27 season. As reported by Superdeporte, recent performances have been encouraging. Kick-off is at 19:30.

The hosts have yet to register a point, but showings against Real Madrid and Costa Adeje Tenerife suggested they could have taken more.

Real Sociedad arrive with two points from the league and fresh from Europe. They beat Heart of Midlothian 4-0 on Wednesday in the second leg of the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup second qualifying round, a result that put them into the last 16.

The most recent meetings came in 2024-25, with Real Sociedad winning 0-2 in both Valencia and San Sebastián.

Head coach Mikel Crespo has stressed focusing on themselves, correcting errors and maintaining the competitive level shown lately. He added that producing a display like the last one, when they felt they merited victory, would bring results closer.

Valencia now aim to turn those signs into a first win, hoping to draw on the Puchades crowd. Real Sociedad also approach the contest looking to keep building.
