Vasco’s Moacyr Barbosa training centre was searched on Monday as police executed warrants against forward David. The director of football, Admar Lopes, said the club is cooperating with authorities, will not comment until there is a resolution, and that David will continue training and is available to play.

Warrants were carried out at his home in Barra da Tijuca and at the CT in Rio’s Southwest Zone, part of an Espírito Santo Civil Police investigation into interstate drug and arms trafficking operating across several states.
