Before heading into his post match press conference, Liam Rosenior spoke to the TNT Sport cameras.
So far in his Chelsea career things have been very positive – he’s had 7 wins to speak about, and the only two defeats were by one goal, and both the Arsenal, the strongest team in the country.
So far it’s been all positive, but today he finally had some things to criticise.

“Six minutes. Six minutes of switching off. I don’t want to talk about the football we played. If we want to improve and get to where I think we can be, we have to just make sure we’re switched on for 90 minutes,” the manager said, the frustration audible in his voice.
“I’m devastated because some of the football we played was excellent, and we should come away with three points.”

The mood of this interview would have been very different had Cole Palmer put away his chance in the 94th minute. A Moises Caicedo cross found him at the back post, and with Stamford Bridge leaping to its feet to celebrate a late winner for the ages… their star boy Palmer somehow blasted it over. A horrible moment you can see here, if you really want.
To be fair to Palmer, he did more than his fair share to help his team win this game. He threaded a lovely through ball to Joao Pedro to score the opener, then slammed in a penalty when the Brazilian returned the favour by drawing the spot kick. You can see both those goals in the post here. What a shame it wasn’t enough to get the job done.
