Vitinha has inflammation in his right heel, Paris SG said, after Sunday’s 2-1 defeat by Lyon.

The Portuguese midfielder was withdrawn in the 38th minute after coming down from an aerial challenge.

He will undergo treatment in the coming days, with a further assessment scheduled at the end of the week.

He is ruled out of the rearranged matchday 26 Ligue 1 fixture against Nantes on Wednesday at 19:00. PSG lead the table by one point from Lens.

His involvement is uncertain for Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final first leg at the Parc des Princes at 21:00 against Bayern Munich, newly crowned champions of Germany at the weekend.
