Two leading members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid were at the heart of a heated back-and-forth on the international front this past weekend.

This came during the Nations League showdown between England and Spain.

Luis de la Fuente’s world champions are fresh off kicking their Nations League campaign into gear with an impressive victory, recovering from a goal down to put England to the sword at Wembley.

Two Real Madrid stars featured from the off in the matchup, namely Marc Cucurella, and Jude Bellingham. And at one point in proceedings in London, the Blancos pair were involved in a tense exchange of words.

After the former took ball and man in a hard but fair challenge on Bellingham, the latter immediately made known his frustration with his club teammate. From here, the duo went back-and-forth with a series of heated verbals and gestures.
