West Brom boss Sam Allardyce has suffered a new blow with Karlan Grant facing an extended time out.
Grant is out for up to six weeks with a broken foot.
The 23-year old striker joined from Huddersfield Town in a deal worth up to £15million in October.
Though he has managed just one goal since his arrival, his absence will be sorely felt as manager Allardyce looks to steer his ailing side away from the relegation zone.
Allardyce said: "He (Grant) has cracked a bone in his foot. That was confirmed after he had an X-ray. It'll probably be, if we're lucky, five weeks maybe."
