Corinthians are running out of time to sell players in this window, with the leading European markets closed and few routes left to hit their 2026 target.
The approved season budget projects around R$ 150 million from player sales, yet no transfer has been finalised. According to ge.globo, the club have recently rejected bids of €12 million from Nottingham Forest and €10 million from Olympiacos for midfielder André Luiz.
England, Spain, Germany, Italy and France shut on the first of September. The Netherlands and the United States closed on the second of September.
Next deadlines are Qatar on the third of September, Türkiye and Ukraine on the fourth, Russia on 10 September, Brazil on 11 September, Portugal on 15 September, the United Arab Emirates on 28 September, and Saudi Arabia on 12 October.
André Luiz was among those closest to leaving Parque São Jorge, drawing interest from Juventus, Nottingham Forest and Olympiacos, but none of the talks reached agreement.
His representative has indicated he will stay with Timão until the end of the season.
Complicating matters, Corinthians are currently under three transfer bans, two imposed by FIFA and one by the CNRD of the CBF, which prevent the registration of new players.
