Winsley Boteli ‘linked with’ FC Porto as Galatasaray monitor Sion striker

Sion striker Winsley Boteli, 20, has received his first Switzerland call-up after scoring 12 goals in 14 games in 26/27, adding five assists.

According to the Associated Press, FC Porto and Galatasaray tracked him and are said to have made offers in the last window.

Boteli is under contract at Sion until 2030.

He is in his second season with the club on a permanent basis after a year on loan from Borussia Moenchengladbach, where he came through the ranks and turned professional.

Born with RD Congo heritage, he has made 21 youth appearances for Switzerland.
