Wolves are keen on Amario Cozier-Duberry as they look for a new right winger, but Millwall's Femi Azeez would be a standout signing for Cesar Peixoto.
Wolves are expected to be in the mix for automatic promotion this season, but their opening day draw with Blackburn was proof that there is still a lot of work to do.
Cesar Peixoto’s side salvaged a point against Rovers thanks to a stoppage-time penalty from Raul Jimenez, which came after the side had looked toothless after going 2-1 down early in the second half.
The Portuguese coach will be pleased that his side avoided defeat, but the performance was a concern, and the lack of options from the bench, aside from Jimenez, was another worry, as the squad is lacking depth right now.
The arrival of Jordan James will improve Wolves considerably, and it fulfils one of the demands Peixoto set out recently, as he called for a new central midfielder.

However, the boss also called for a new right-winger, as there is no natural player on the right flank aside from Rodrigo Gomes.
Rafiki Said, a summer signing from Standard Liege, could play on that side if necessary, but he is out injured for the next few months, so the need for at least one wide player is clear.
And, it has been claimed that Amario Cozier-Duberry is a target, with the winger likely to leave Brighton this summer after an outstanding campaign on loan with Bolton last time out.
There’s no denying the 21-year-old would be a good signing, as he is very talented, and he is a different profile of player to Gomes, so he would certainly add something different to the Wolves attack.

Yet, there would be some doubts over Cozier-Duberry, as he hasn’t proven himself in the Championship yet, and whilst he was excellent for Bolton, it was in League One.
Given the importance of promotion to Wolves this season, they may want to go for someone who is proven in the second tier, and Millwall’s Femi Azeez was arguably the best winger in the league last season.
He scored 11 goals and registered seven assists as the Lions finished third, and he was a key figure for Alex Neil’s side with his pace on the break and his direct style.
Obviously, Millwall would demand a huge sum for their best player, but Wolves should be in a position to spend, and, of the business they need to do before the deadline, this is the one position where they may have to go big.

The prospect of Azeez in an Old Gold shirt should excite supporters, as he could flourish in Peixoto’s setup.
With Fer Lopez as a number ten, Wolves boast one of the most creative players in the league, and he displayed his eye for a pass with his superb assist on the opening night.
As well as that, Raul Jimenez is a great focal point, who can link play, and he would also benefit from Azeez’s crossing ability.
With Mateus Mane cutting in from the left, that is a quality front four in the Championship, and the quartet, with James and Andre behind, would make Wolves a formidable force.
Azeez would surely relish the chance to play in such an attacking setup, and it could help take his game to another level, even if he has made huge strides under Neil at The Den.

Finally, this would also be a statement signing for Wolves that shows they mean business, as fans remain very sceptical of the owners at Molineux right now.
But, if they did splash out on Azeez, it would be an example of Wolves flexing their financial muscles, and it would obviously weaken a promotion rival, which would be a major boost.
As well as that, there is Premier League interest in Azeez, with Brighton thought to be keen, so it would be a coup for Wolves to beat them to his signature.
Whilst the player may hold out for a top flight move, it’s hard to see him playing regularly for the Seagulls, so Wolves would have to convince him of the project at Molineux, as well as paying wages to reflect that.
