Nagore Aranburu has shared a photo with former Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso on La Concha beach during a visit to San Sebastián. The caption read “De visita”.

According to Diario Vasco, Alonso, 44, has returned to the city with his family after his recent exit from Real Madrid. He was seen exercising on the shoreline and greeted by locals following a seven-month spell at the club.

The couple exchanged supportive messages on social media, reflecting their close bond. Meanwhile, the club are beginning a new phase under Álvaro Arbeloa, which has started poorly after Copa del Rey elimination by Albacete.

Aranburu’s Instagram picture shows the pair relaxed, taking a stroll and enjoying recent fine weather in the city.

Alonso’s return also coincides with the Tamborrada, one of San Sebastián’s liveliest local festivals, offering him a chance to switch off with loved ones.
