The unexpected defeat against Udinese at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine forces Gasperini’s Roma to a one-game draw against Cagliari in Monday evening’s match at 8:45 PM at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Giallorossi must win to maintain their Champions League hopes, especially ahead of next week’s big match at the Maradona against Conte’s Napoli.

Gasperini is forced to continue without Koné: the Frenchman, Dovbyk, and El Shaarawy are also sidelined by the absences of Dybala and Robinio Vaz.

The Argentine is expected to return against Napoli, while the 2007-born forward is expected to be sidelined for approximately two weeks.

In defense, Ghilardi is expected to replace Hermoso, while in attack Zaragoza will make his first appearance for the Giallorossi.
