Zinédine Zidane’s first France home match as head coach sold out

Zinédine Zidane’s first official home match as France head coach, against Italy in the Nations League at the Stade de France on 2 October, 20:45, will be played in front of a full house.

The federation said in a social media post that the fixture, part of group A’s third matchday, is now sold out.

Zidane, 54, was officially appointed on Tuesday, succeeding Didier Deschamps.

His reign begins in September with trips to Türkiye on 25 September, 20:45, then Belgium on 28 September, 20:45.

France then host Belgium at the Stade de France on 5 October, 20:45, and some tickets are still available for that match.
