Crystal Palace linked to Gallagher and Canvot

Crystal Palace have been linked with deals for Jayde Canvot and Conor Gallagher according to reports.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano has stated that the Eagles, who recently sold Eberechi Eze to Arsenal, are in the market for Canvot and Gallagher.

French side Toulouse had previously turned down a bid from Aston Villa for teenager Canvot this summer, with the club reportedly hoping to get €20 million for the defender, who played 20 times for the first team last season.

Meanwhile, the Eagles are said to have been in talks to sign England international Gallagher on loan, with the former Chelsea man previously shining at Selhurst Park during the 2021/22 campaign.

Since joining Atlético de Madrid last year, Gallagher has played 52 times for the club, scoring four times and making six assists.
