Vanderlei Luxemburgo accepts ASA invite to address squad in Arapiraca

Vanderlei Luxemburgo accepted an invitation to speak to ASA’s players and staff on Tuesday. According to Coluna Do Fla, the former Flamengo head coach visited the Alagoas club at their training base in Arapiraca.
Currently out of work, Luxemburgo delivered a talk at CT Noel Alves and spent time with the first-team group and coaching staff.
The visit featured conversation with the squad, an exchange of experiences and stories from the game, and messages aimed at the team’s development.
ASA will compete in Série D of the Campeonato Brasileiro, are in the state semi-finals against Murici, and also face Operário-MS in the Copa do Brasil.
Luxemburgo played more than 150 matches for Flamengo between 1971 and 1978. He later returned as manager across four spells, winning the Carioca four times.
