Willian Arão was substituted at half-time during a goalless draw with Bragantino at Neo Química Arena on Sunday after feeling discomfort in his right calf.
According to Globo.com, the midfielder will undergo imaging tests on Monday to assess a possible injury, and he left the stadium limping.

João Schmidt was selected by Juan Pablo Vojvoda to replace Arão, and he could push for a starting place if the injury is confirmed.
Santos face Chapecoense at Arena Condá on Wednesday at 20:00, their Campeonato Brasileiro opener.
They then meet São Paulo at Morumbis on Saturday at 20:30, Brasília time, in the state championship.
