Wolves are said to be tracking Rio Ave winger Diogo Bezerra, while Fulham are considering Hwang Hee-chan and Aston Villa are assessing midfield targets.
According to ExpressAndStar.com, Wolves scouts have watched the 23-year-old Brazilian in recent Rio Ave games after his January move from OFK Beograd, and a bid could follow.
Hwang is among the players tipped to depart, and although he has previously been linked with a switch to Holland, he could stay in the Premier League. Fulham are credited with interest, with Marco Silva said to be an admirer, and a deal has been mooted at around £13m.
A Wolves fan forum on Tuesday heard Matt Jackson outline how the club plan to recruit in the summer.
At West Brom, US defender George Campbell, signed for £1.5m last summer, is attracting attention after a difficult season for the team. He has been linked with Celtic, and Albion could seek up to £10m.
Aston Villa could move for Roma attacking midfielder Matis Soule. Roma are reported to need sales before the end of June to satisfy Serie A financial regulations, and the Argentine is on shortlists along with interest from Borussia Dortmund. One report described the race as wide open.
Villa have also been linked with Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara after scouts initially watched team-mate Wilfried Singo in Türkiye. It is claimed Sara’s displays stood out and a bid is expected.
