The planned project goes far beyond a simple real estate partnership. The vision is to build a true "Barça city," featuring high-end residences, villas, communal spaces, and leisure facilities, all infused with the club's identity and with the clear ambition of establishing a lasting presence in the Middle East.

While the exact figures remain undisclosed, the agreement is said to be multi-year and financially substantial. An initial payment has reportedly already been made, although the final green light still depends on approval by the Assembly of Compromisarios, the last step before the much-anticipated official announcement.
