Barcelona star signs with super agent | OneFootball

Barcelona star Marc Casadó has this week signed with a new representation agency.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have confirmed that the young midfielder’s affairs will be overseen by Jorge Mendes’ Gestifute moving forward.

Mendes, one of world football’s few ‘super agents’, boasts an increasingly strong relationship with reigning La Liga champions Barca.

The Portuguese is already the agent for the likes of Lamine Yamal, Alejandro Balde and Ansu Fati, and has recently begun acting as representative for several Blaugrana youth talents, too.

And as alluded to above, this week, Mendes has added to his Barca portfolio once more, by way of a deal with Marc Casadó.

Midfielder Casadó was for his part heavily linked with a move away from Barcelona over the summer, only to in the end stay put amid a lack of suitable offers.

Should similar interest in the 22-year-old’s signature emerge in the near future, though, it will be Mendes – a master on the market – who is entrusted with handling the matter.
