Inter are the latest Serie A side to register an interest in talented Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera, who has also been linked with moves to Milan and Juventus and has been subject of an offer from RB Leipzig according to reports in Italy.

According to Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com, Inter have now entered the race to sign 20-year-old centre-back Mosquera from Valencia this summer.

Mosquera, who will turn 21 at the end of June, has reportedly had an offer come in from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig, who have offered to pay €20m for his services according to updates from Calciomercato.

The Spain U21 representative, who is also eligible to play for Colombia, has also been subject of interest from Milan and Juventus, as well as a host of Premier League sides at various stages of the 2024-25 campaign.

He will be entering the final year of his contract in 2025-26.

Inter have already made two new permanent additions at the start of the January transfer window, welcoming Petar Sucic from Dinamo Zagreb and Luis Henrique from Olympique de Marseille.

The Nerazzurri have also recently announced the appointment of Cristian Chivu as the team’s new head coach, replacing Simone Inzaghi, who has since begun work in his new role in charge of Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League.
