Leeds United have confirmed Jack Harrison’s loan move to Fiorentina through to the close of 2025/26. yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk understands the deal carries a summer option to buy for about £6m.
Harrison travelled to Italy before the weekend to complete his medical and finalise the switch. Fiorentina are just above the relegation places in Serie A.
The winger has been on the fringes under Daniel Farke, unable to secure a starting berth. Farke has preferred Noah Okafor on the left and a back three with wing-backs, plus Gabriel Gudmundsson’s form, has curbed his opportunities.
He has made 13 appearances in all competitions this season, with 263 Premier League minutes, 262 of them in the first 11 matches.
Harrison first joined Leeds on loan from Manchester City in 2018, then signed permanently in 2021 for £11m. He has 219 appearances, 34 goals and 32 assists, and two years left on his contract.
After relegation, he twice exercised a clause permitting top-flight loans, returning when Leeds were promoted. He also struck the goal that sealed Premier League safety on the final day of 2021/22.
