Wingback Federico Dimarco is fully fit, and will start for Inter Milan in Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan wingback Federico Dimarco has had one or two fitness issues over the last few weeks.
The 27-year-old had been out prior to the March international break. He picked up a thigh strain in a Serie A match against Napoli, which ruled him out for a few matches.
But Dimarco did everything to be back immediately after the break.

Federico Dimarco has been in the matchday squad for all of Inter’s matches since the international break.
The Italian international has started all three of Inter’s matches in Serie A.
However, Dimarco was an unused substituted against both AC Milan in the Coppa Italia and Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
And this was a matter of more than just squad rotation. Dimarco was still dealing with some persistent fitness issues.
Therefore, it was a worry when Dimarco came off against Cagliari in Saturday’s Serie A win.
It’s not necessarily abnormal to see the wingbacks come off as substitute in the second half of matches for Inter.
However, there are naturally doubts about Dimarco. Particularly with the second leg of Inter’s Champions League quarterfinal tie against Bayern Munich on the way.
But according to the Gazzetta, all systems are go for DImarco.
The Italian international is ready. He will be in the starting eleven to face Bayern on Wednesday.
