Paris FC turn to striker hunt after defensive signings, bids in for Matthis Abline and Lassine Sinayoko

Paris FC confirmed on Thursday the signings of defenders Diego Coppola and Emmanuel Mbemba, with Pablo Pagis expected in the coming days. Finalising a centre-forward is now the priority. According to L'Équipe, the leading targets are Matthis Abline and Lassine Sinayoko.

Sinayoko, 26, recorded 12 goals and four assists last season. He is said to have refused to train, citing a promise that he would be allowed to leave if an offer arrived.

Paris FC have bid €7m for Sinayoko, but Auxerre consider it insufficient and value the forward at €10-15m.

Abline, 23, registered six goals and five assists in 33 Ligue 1 matches for Nantes. Paris FC have offered €23m, which was rejected by the Kita family, who are seeking €30m.

Back-up options are being considered if moves for Abline or Sinayoko do not progress.
