3 Barcelona youth team talents called back up to first-team training by Hansi Flick | OneFootball

A trio of highly-regarded up-and-coming talents were on Tuesday called back into first-team training by Barcelona manager Hansi Flick.

That’s according to journalist Sergi Capdevila of Diario Sport, who points towards Toni Fernández, Guille Fernández and Pedro ‘Dro’ Fernández as the players in question.

All of Toni, Guille and Dro of course spent pre-season plying their trade at senior level with Barcelona.

As much culminated in appearances in several of the club’s summer friendly outings, with attacking midfielder/winger Dro, in particular, having made a name for himself as a potential star in the making.

The three youngsters had since gone on to link back up with Barca Atlètic, ahead of the Blaugrana’s reserve team kicking their season into gear this past weekend.

As alluded to above, though, on Tuesday, the trio were again called up for first-team duties.

As per a report from Sergi Capdevila:

‘Back under Flick’s orders are Toni, Guille, and Dro.’

The reserve team talents were joined in senior training at the Ciutat Esportiva by fellow breakthrough starlet Jofre Torrents, who has continued to train with Hansi Flick’s star-studded squad since Alejandro Balde’s recent injury setback.
