Al-Hilal ‘to offer’ Vitor Pereira a significant wage amid Forest talks | OneFootball

Vitor Pereira has emerged as a target for Al-Hilal as he holds contract talks with Nottingham Forest.

According to talkSPORT, Al-Hilal are interested and willing to offer Pereira a significant wage to lure him from Forest, with Simone Inzaghi said to be set to leave after one season.

Pereira replaced Sean Dyche in February, becoming Forest’s fourth head coach of the 2025/26 campaign. He has 12 months left on his existing deal and is in discussions over an extension after steering Premier League survival and reaching the Europa League semi-finals.

After the 1-1 draw with Bournemouth on the final day, he said a meeting with the hierarchy was planned. He indicated both parties wanted him to stay and that finding an agreement should not be difficult.

The 57-year-old has worked in Saudi Arabia twice, leading Al-Ahli in 2013/14 and spending 10 months with Al-Shabab a decade later, before his spell at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
