Al-Hilal ‘to sign’ Paris Saint-Germain star Ousmane Dembélé | OneFootball

Al Hilal are exploring a summer move for Paris Saint-Germain winger Ousmane Dembélé.

According to Goal.com, the Riyadh club have begun initial enquiries and contacted the 29-year-old's agent, and are awaiting his approval before opening formal negotiations with PSG.

The club wield serious financial muscle, with 70% of their shares transferred to Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal and the Saudi Investment Fund holding the other 30%.

The pursuit was framed as another major deal after Dutch star Crysencio Summerville.

Dembélé broke through at Rennes, then chose Borussia Dortmund over Barcelona in 2016.

After Neymar left a year later, Barcelona signed him from Dortmund for 148 million euros.

Injuries hampered his time in Spain, and he returned to France in 2023 by joining PSG for 50 million euros.

He has since won the UEFA Champions League in each of the last two seasons and claimed the 2025 Ballon d'Or.

For PSG he has 61 goals and 42 assists in 135 matches, and his contract runs until 30 June 2028.
