Alexandre Dujeux has been confirmed as Lorient head coach, succeeding Olivier Pantaloni only days after leaving Angers.
The club said in a statement that president Loïc Féry welcomed his arrival, highlighting Dujeux's ability to develop potential, strengthen the collective and pursue performance through work, high standards and solidarity, values aligned with Lorient's identity.
The former defender has signed a deal running to 2028, with an optional third year. He previously worked as Pantaloni's assistant at Ajaccio.
This will be his second stint in Ligue 1 after a successful spell at Angers. He won promotion with the club in 2024, then kept them up in the following two seasons.
Dujeux departed Angers despite being under contract until 2028.
