FC Barcelona have moved a step closer to completing one of the club’s most important financial operations after securing another €14 million through the resale of VIP seating rights at the renovated Spotify Camp Nou.

This comes from journalist Adria Soldevila on Que T’hi Jugues (h/t Mundo Deportivo), who confirms a fresh agreement between an existing investor and a new one.

Singapore investor enters the deal

Indeed, the New Era Visionary Group has reached an agreement to resell part of the commercial rights attached to the stadium’s VIP seats.

The buyer is an investment company based in Singapore, which will pay €14 million to acquire the exploitation rights for a portion of those premium seats.

The transaction allows New Era Visionary Group to continue fulfilling its financial commitments under the agreement signed with Barcelona.

Meeting the payment schedule

The latest agreement forms part of the wider financing structure linked to Camp Nou’s premium hospitality areas and helps ensure that outstanding payment deadlines are met before the end of the financial year.

New Era Visionary Group was required to complete the next scheduled payment by June 30 under the timetable established when the agreement was first reached on December 31, 2024.

The original deal was valued at €70 million for the commercial rights to 350 VIP seats inside the new Spotify Camp Nou.

The payment structure has unfolded in several stages – an initial payment of €28 million was made when the agreement was signed.

A further €14 million was paid in September 2025. The remaining €28 million was due before the June 30 deadline.

With the Singapore investment covering €14 million of the outstanding balance, only the final €14 million remains.

Final payment also expected

According to the report, New Era Visionary Group already has another resale agreement lined up to cover the remaining €14 million.

If completed as expected, the company will have fulfilled the entire €70 million commitment without missing any of the agreed payment deadlines.

The arrangement allows Barcelona to receive the expected revenue while New Era Visionary Group redistributes part of the commercial rights among external investors.

The current agreement relates to 350 of the stadium’s premium hospitality seats. A separate transaction had already been completed involving another group of VIP seats.

Qatar-based Fortia Advisor Limited acquired the commercial rights to another 125 VIP seats for €30 million, bringing the total number of premium seats included in these financing operations to 475.

These deals form an important part of Barcelona’s financial strategy surrounding the redevelopment of Spotify Camp Nou, providing the club with significant income.
