According to L'Équipe, Besiktas have submitted an €11m bid plus €3m in bonuses for Farès Ghedjemis, with Monaco yet to lodge the €10m offer Frosinone had been expecting.
Monaco had made the 23-year-old Algerian winger their priority and reached agreement with him on a five-year deal. He remains under contract with Frosinone until 2028, and after talks in Monaco a few days ago the Italians anticipated a proposal.
The strongest rival interest now comes from Türkiye. Besiktas have also made him a priority, seeking to overtake Monaco and accelerate negotiations.
Monaco still hold the advantage. The player and his camp want clarity on his next step after a Serie B season that yielded 15 goals and 3 assists.
A decision could arrive quickly, possibly by the end of the weekend, with the next hours likely to be intense.
