A busy Thursday at Corinthians brought updates on the Neo Química Arena surface, a meeting over club governance and early contract talks with a promising academy midfielder.

According to Meu Timao, the club outlined work to replace the pitch at the Neo Química Arena during the World Cup break.

Representatives of SAFiel met Leonardo Pantaleão, the acting president of Corinthians’ Deliberative Council.

SAFiel is an initiative advocating the adoption of a Sociedade Anônima do Futebol model at the club.

Corinthians have opened talks to extend the deal of midfielder Gui Amorim, viewed as one of the academy’s most promising talents.
