Haiti will mirror Flamengo’s World Cup preparation in the United States, basing themselves at Stockton University ahead of Group C. According to Coluna Do Fla, the national team will use the same training centre for work before facing Scotland, Brazil and Morocco.

Flamengo contested the 2025 Club World Cup in the United States and spent part of the tournament in Florida. The club had begun last year’s build-up at Stockton’s sports facilities, which will now host Haiti’s sessions.

The complex has two main pitches, a natural-grass stadium with stands, plus a synthetic field for training and a large indoor sports centre. In 2025, names such as Danilo, Léo Pereira and Alex Sandro, from Flamengo and opponents of Haiti at the World Cup, used the same set-up.

Haiti’s delegation arrived at Atlantic City Airport on Monday 8. The group are staying at the Sheraton Atlantic City, which has been decorated for the visitors, predominantly in blue. It is the team’s first appearance at the World Cup.

Brazil, five-time world champions, face Morocco on Saturday 13 to open their Group C campaign. Haiti debut against Scotland the same day. Brazil then meet Haiti on 19 June in the second round.
