Organised Lazio fan groups have rejected Lotito’s peace offer as too late. The owner and president sought to mend relations with an open letter urging unity.

The movement has seen home matches boycotted since January and fans vowing not to buy season tickets. According to The Laziali, the stance has heaped pressure on Lotito, with an estimated €20 million in lost revenue.

In his message, Lotito said Lazio must remain master of its destiny, compete and grow while protecting dignity and autonomy. He accepted mistakes can happen, said ties with supporters must improve, and took responsibility for past tone that felt distant. He called for more dialogue without dividing supporters into good and bad.

The groups said the letter added nothing after what they call 22 years of failed management, and accused Lotito of trying to split the fanbase by appealing to Lazio Clubs. They said they proposed official recognition of those clubs two years ago to reconnect team and fans, but the club rejected it. They also cited repeated talk of the academy, a media company, Nasdaq, a stadium and financial sustainability, saying nothing concrete had followed.

The groups reiterated they will not buy season tickets or attend home matches in Serie A or the Coppa Italia, will attend all away games and the derby home and away, will cancel subscriptions to pay platforms showing Lazio, and will boycott businesses, sponsors and partners linked to the presidency. They also said they will not vote for Forza Italia or candidates backed by Lotito.
