For his first match with OL, Endrick found the back of the net this Sunday evening. It was against Lille in the Coupe de France. The Brazilian delivered his first impressions of French football after his side's victory.

"I had played against Lille in the Champions League before, it was a tough match (0-1), a game we couldn't win. Before arriving, I spoke with some French players who explained what it was like—they told me the intensity is very high, and that people coming from abroad might not expect that. But once you play here, you realize that France has some beautiful stadiums, very talented players, and strong teams like Lille. So, you have to be ready for these matches, and we’ll need to stay mentally strong to win the next ones," the Auriverde told the press.
