Olivier Pantaloni appointed OGC Nice head coach on two-season contract | OneFootball

According to L'Équipe, OGC Nice have appointed Olivier Pantaloni as head coach for the next two seasons following Claude Puel’s departure on Wednesday.

Pantaloni arrives after a difficult 2025-2026 in which Puel kept the club in Ligue 1 in extremis.

The former Ajaccio manager is tasked with starting a new cycle at Nice. Maurice Cohen and his coach aim to build a solid, coherent and long-term project.

Pantaloni said he comes with humility as well as determination and wants to restore the club’s colours.

He now leads the Aiglons with the brief to relaunch Nice.
