Paris FC hosted a public signing with Adidas at Les Halles on Wednesday, and are assessing sites for a first standalone boutique in Paris, according to L'Équipe.
Fans gathered at the Intersport store at Les Halles, in the first arrondissement, for autographs from five players. Nkambadio Obed and winter recruits Luca Koleosho, Marshall Munetsi, Diego Coppola and Ciro Immobile attended, the latter currently the club’s top shirt seller.
Nearly 400 people turned up, many of them families. By the evening the promoted side was delighted with how the event went.
The next such event could take place in a fully branded Paris FC space. The club is seeking premises for its first shop in the city, having none at present, with only matchday outlets at Stade Jean-Bouin and via retailers.
Central options are being studied, with Opéra and Rue de Rivoli high on the list. The Champs-Élysées is not in the plans, given PSG’s existing store there and very high rents.
A suitable unit at Jean-Bouin is occupied by PSG and is not set to be vacated. No opening date has been fixed, and the project forms part of the club’s broader development.
