Real Sociedad has acted to resolve seat relocations that left supporters with restricted views at Anoeta, apologising and moving affected fans again on Friday.

According to Diario Vasco, about 190 season-ticket holders were impacted by the latest redevelopment, notably a new third-tier overhang. Early reassignments proved unsatisfactory for some.

One fan said several who requested changes were placed in the opposite stand but still beneath a similar structure. Views improved only marginally and costs rose for their season ticket and Europa pass, leaving frustration.

After complaints on Friday morning, club staff checked sightlines on site, accepted the problem and relocated supporters to a clear-view section. Ioritz García felt misled by earlier assurances, then praised the swift response and said the club had apologised.

He added they could not see the big screen or celebrations once fans stood in the previous spots. Staff then reviewed the angles and moved them quickly, also offering a tour of the stadium, including dressing and press rooms.

For now the focus is on relocations and finishing new VIP areas. Once complete, around 3,000 more seats will open, with allocations between new members and ticketing and hospitality to be set, clarifying potential new season-ticket numbers.
