Sevilla's Sánchez-Pizjuán was packed as supporters rallied for a survival match against Real Sociedad.

According to AS, the match was declared a sell-out hours before kick-off. The only empty seats were in the visiting allocation.

The home crowd greeted their team in distinctly Argentine style. Chants began from the warm-up and the noise swelled as the players emerged.

With the Centenary anthem playing, flags rippled across the stands while confetti and toilet rolls were launched towards the pitch.
