Santos have announced the signing of Everton Cebolinha, with the 30-year-old forward agreeing a contract running to 31 December 2026.

He terminated his deal with Flamengo to join as a free agent. The duration mirrors recent additions Arthur and Lima, the latter on loan from Fluminense.

Cebolinha will wear the number seven shirt, vacant since Robinho Jr left. He said he is fond of the number, described the shirt as heavy and the number special, and pledged to give his utmost to bring joy to Santos supporters.

There is a possibility of a further two-year renewal if both parties wish to continue once the current agreement ends.
