Serie A official line-ups: Udinese vs. Roma

Donyell Malen, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Matias Soulé lead the Roma attack in the trip to Udinese, facing Keinan Davis and Arthur Atta.

It kicks off at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET).

The Giallorossi are fresh from a 1-1 draw against Milan and secured their spot in the Europa League Round of 16 thanks to Thursday’s 1-1 result away to Panathinaikos, despite being down to 10 men.

Gian Piero Gasperini must do without Paulo Dybala, Manu Kone, Evan Ferguson, Artem Dovbyk and Stephan El Shaarawy.

However, Mario Hermoso returns to the squad, with January signings Malen and Robinio Vaz available.

Gianluca Mancini was sent off early into that Europa League game, so will be eager to make up for it.

Udinese are comfortably mid-table and could even push their way into the top 10 with a success here.

Alessandro Zanoli was diagnosed with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, so he is out for the rest of the season.

He joins Adam Buksa, Hassane Kamara and Jakub Piotrowski on the treatment table, but ex-Roma star Nicolò Zaniolo returns to the bench for the first time since knee surgery last month.

Atta and Davis lead the attack, with Jurgen Ekkelenkamp in support following the victory away to Verona.

Roma have won their last six consecutive Serie A meetings with Udinese, home and away, since a 4-0 defeat here in September 2022.
