Sidny Cabral says he will stay at Benfica amid Trabzonspor links | OneFootball

Sidny Cabral has insisted he is staying at Benfica despite reports from Türkiye linking him with Trabzonspor.

According to Glorioso 1904, the Cape Verde international said he had no knowledge of any approach and that his focus remains on Benfica.

Cabral arrived less than six months ago from Estrela da Amadora in the January window, having featured in a friendly against Serbia at Estádio do Restelo.

He spoke positively about his adaptation and praised the work under José Mourinho, saying he has learned a lot and felt his game develop.

The defender also addressed a recent episode in European football, his shirt swap with Vinícius Júnior during a match against Real Madrid, accepting it was not a good idea and noting he worked hard to win back his place.

Cabral added that football brings highs and lows, and said he has experienced both since joining Benfica.
