VfB Stuttgart are expected to announce a new contract for sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth in the near future.

Bild reports that the 47-year-old has extended his deal by two years to 2029, including a salary increase and no release clause.

Wohlgemuth has worked for Stuttgart since 2022 and has played a key role in the club’s recent rise.
