Vini Jr ‘to remain’ at Real Madrid until 2027 amid contract standstill | OneFootball

Vini Jr has set out his immediate plan at Real Madrid amid a stalled renewal. Diario AS reports that he will remain with the Spanish club until the end of 2026/27, then leave for free if no new deal is signed, or stay in Madrid if he extends.

The Flamengo academy graduate is contracted to Real Madrid until June 2027. From January next year he can sign a pre-contract with any team, so the club are racing to secure an extension.

In 2025/26, Vini Jr was among Madrid's standout performers despite the team finishing without a trophy. He played 53 matches, scoring 22 goals and providing 14 assists.

With Vini Jr available, Brazil continue preparations for their World Cup opener. On Saturday 13, they face Morocco at 19:00 Brasília time at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
