A member of the summer recruitment drive at La Liga champions Barcelona was responsible for a viral moment on the international stage on Friday.

The player in question? Roony Bardghji.

Winger Bardghji is for his part in the midst of a fine week to date.

This comes, first, after the 19-year-old was finally registered to take to the pitch in La Liga with new club Barcelona.

Following as much, Bardghji departed for international duty with Sweden’s U21s.

The attacker was afforded a starting berth in his country’s European Championship qualifier against Armenia, and went on to play a starring role in a 3-0 triumph.

Bardghi was responsible for a goal and assist, with his efforts in netting the former having since piqued widespread attentions online.
