Chelsea ready to submit €50m bid for Rennes’ Jérémy Jacquet | OneFootball

Chelsea have made Rennes defender Jérémy Jacquet (20) during the winter transfer window, according to a report from Fabrice Hawkins. The Premier League club are eager to secure the French youth international’s services and are ready to submit an offer before the window closes. 

Discussions between Les Rouges et Noirs and the Blues have already begun regarding a potential transfer. Jacquet’s impressive performances has seen an increasing number of clubs interested in signing him, including Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and Liverpool. Nevertheless, it is the West London club that appear to be the most advanced in their interest. 

Chelsea to submit offer for Jacquet

The Stamford Bridge club are now ready to submit their first offer for the Frenchman. Hawkins understands that the English outfit are set to make a bid in the region of €50m for the 20-year-old. It remains to be seen whether this matches Rennes’ valuation of the player.
