Everton and Tottenham are among the clubs closely tracking Juventus winger Timothy Weah as the summer transfer window approaches, according to TEAMtalk. The United States international has emerged as a sought-after name thanks to his blend of pace, tactical flexibility, and international pedigree.
“Everton and Tottenham are both keeping close tabs on Juventus wide man Timothy Weah ahead of the summer transfer window, TEAMtalk can confirm,” the outlet reports, confirming the growing interest in the 25-year-old, who has just completed a solid season in Turin.
Weah scored six goals and provided five assists across all competitions for Juve last season, while also featuring in multiple roles including right-winger, right-back, and striker. That adaptability is drawing attention from managers looking to bolster depth without compromising on quality.
What makes Weah such an intriguing target is not just his attacking output but his tactical utility. Igor Tudor, newly installed as Juventus boss, is reportedly keen to keep the American because of this very trait.
As TEAMtalk notes, “Tudor values Weah’s ability to operate in multiple roles and views him as a crucial figure in the squad’s rotation.” The challenge for Everton and Spurs is now clear: Juventus have no desire to let the player go cheaply, and any offer must be substantial enough to change that stance.

Weah’s international experience also adds a layer of assurance. With 44 caps for the United States and a central role expected in their 2026 World Cup campaign, he brings the kind of composure and athleticism Premier League sides crave.
David Moyes’ Everton are in clear need of reinforcements on the right wing. Jesper Lindstrom and Jack Harrison have returned to their parent clubs after loan spells, leaving a hole in the wide areas that must be addressed swiftly.
According to TEAMtalk, Weah features on Everton’s shortlist alongside West Brom’s Tom Fellows and Liverpool prospect Ben Doak. Among those names, Weah stands out as the most established option, a player ready-made for top-flight action.
With financial pressures still lingering at Goodison Park, the Toffees will need to tread carefully. But if the funds can be freed up, the recruitment of a versatile, seasoned operator like Weah could be transformative.
Tottenham are also admirers of Weah as they look to support new manager Thomas Frank with a refreshed and more dynamic squad. Spurs will be competing across multiple fronts next season and require players capable of slotting into different systems.

Weah’s high work rate and flexibility suit Frank’s pressing style, and his experience in Europe with Juventus would be a bonus in the squad’s development. Yet, Spurs will not have a free run at him either.
RB Leipzig have reportedly reignited interest in the American, having failed to land him in January. Atletico Madrid are also monitoring the situation, though no formal negotiations have yet taken place.
With Juventus unwilling to entertain discounted deals, the next move rests with the Premier League suitors, and whether they are willing to meet the Turin club’s valuation.
For Everton, Weah offers the pace and directness that has often been missing in their right-sided attacks. His versatility would also give Moyes much-needed options in a squad that has suffered from thin depth. Weah’s track record in a tactically disciplined Juventus side hints that he could slot into a Premier League relegation fight or mid-table push without much adaptation time.
Spurs fans, on the other hand, would see Weah as a squad-enhancing piece, not necessarily a marquee starter, but a flexible option who could prove invaluable across league and cup competitions. His athleticism and pressing ability would mesh well with Thomas Frank’s high-energy blueprint.
Ultimately, both would welcome the signing, provided the price is sensible. At 25, Weah is entering his prime. While not a headline-grabbing signing, he could prove one of the smartest moves of the summer if his next club deploys him with intent and clarity.
