Match against Gornik Zabrze on Saturday

This Saturday at 11:00 CEST, we face Górnik Zabrze at the SAK Arena-Nonntal. Following our match against regional league side Seekirchen, this second friendly of our pre-season campaign sees us take on an international opponent - a team we could theoretically encounter during the upcoming UEFA Europa League qualifiers - before we head off to our training camp in Flachau.

The club - where Lukas Podolski recently ended his playing days just a few months ago - won the Polish Cup in 2025/26. The team from southern Poland also competed strongly in the Ekstraklasa, ultimately finishing in second place, four points behind Lech Poznań. Coach Michal Gasparik’s squad boasts a number of exciting young talents in attack, such as Lukas Ambros, Maksym Khlan and Bruno Durdov.
